Once registered the customer can proceed to the checkout and complete their payment. All payments are handled by our third-party service provider who are PIC-DSS compliant. Once a payment has been successful the customer will see PABC, UAE on the bank statement.
After a payment has been successfully processed, our customers will promptly receive their product via email. The product will be sent either as an attachment or a downloadable link. While we strive to deliver products immediately upon payment clearance, in some cases, this process may take up to 24 hours. If you have not received the email containing your product within 24 hours of placing your order, please contact our support team via email. We will swiftly address and rectify this issue.
Refund requests due to dissatisfaction must be submitted in writing within 14 days of course material download. Requests beyond this timeframe will not be considered valid.
